摘　　要：《KDIGO临床实践指南:肾移植受者的诊治》是一份指导临床医生对肾移植受者进行日常管理的指南。本文结合我国肾移植受者的特点,提出适合我国肾移植受者糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常的防治策略。Kidney Disease： Improving Global Outcomes （KDIGO） clinical practice guideline on monitoring, management, and treatment of kidney transplant recipients is intended to assist the practitioner caring for adults and children after kidney transplantation. We consulted the KDIGO clinical practice guideline and brought up appropriate strategy of prophylaxis and treatment for diabetes mellitus, hypertension and dyslipidemia in Chinese kidney transplant recipients.
