摘　　要：随着经济发展与环境承载力的矛盾日益突出,低碳发展得到了越来越多的关注。根据2010湖南百强企业产业结构数据分析,湖南百强企业产业结构调整应选择低碳发展模式,迅速把产业重心转向低碳环保的战略性新兴产业,打造具有核心竞争力的低碳产业链,走新型工业化道路。With the contradiction between economic development and environmental becoming increasingly sharp,low-carbon economy has received more and more attention.The industrial base of low-carbon economic development model must be transformed from heavy manufacturing to strategic emerging industries.Based on the development data of the top 100 enterprises in Hunan 2010,this paper proposes development strategies for the industrial structure readjustment of the top 100 enterprises in Hunan.According to the analysis of the status of industrial structure and the development of strategic emerging industries in Hunan,the top 100 enterprises in Hunan should develop low-carbon emerging industries with low-carbon development as the direction of industrial structure readjustment,in order to build a low-carbon industry chain with core competitiveness.
