摘　　要：加强高校领导班子建设是保障高校各项事业健康和谐发展的迫切需要,是完成党和国家赋予高校的各项任务、培养社会主义建设者和接班人、建设和谐校园的必然要求。只有不断加强高校领导班子思想、组织、作风、廉政和制度建设,才能促进学校各项事业的和谐、快速发展。The strengthening of leadership building is the pressing need for the guarantee of the healthy and harmonious development of in universities, and a necessary requirement to complete various tasks entrusted by the Party and State, to develop the socialist builders and successors and to build a harmonious campus. Only by continually strengthening the construction of ideology, organization, work-style, clean politics and systems of leadership in universities, can the harmonious and rapid development of various undertakings in universities be promoted.
