摘 要:高校教师职业幸福感是一个多维度、多层面的系统,教师的自我价值实现程度、组织支持程度、社会认可程度是影响高校教师职业幸福感指数的三大重要因素。增进高校教师的职业幸福感,教师要在职业生活中积极追求和创造幸福,提升自己的职业价值观;高校要实现以师为本,树立服务意识,从而为教师的发展服务;社会要切实提高教师职业的社会地位,使教师能从其职业中体会到自豪感,从而获得更强的职业幸福感。Career happiness of teachers in universities is a multi-dimensional, multi-level system, and the three important factors to influence the index of happiness of the teachers include the degrees of self-worth realization of teachers, organizational support and social acceptance. To enhance their career happiness the teachers should actively pursue and create happiness, improve their professional values in their career life; universities should realize the teacher-oriented idea and establish the service awareness so as to serve the development of teachers; communities should effectively improve the social status of teaching profession so thai teachers can experience pride from their career so as to gain a stronger sense of career happiness.
