摘  要:大型空心电抗器线圈在绕制和固化过程中发生流胶,造成树脂分布不均匀,从而影响产品质量和外观,这是实际生产中比较常见的一个问题。通过选择适当的固化促进剂,测定树脂的凝胶时间及粘度,与常用DMP-30固化促进剂进行对比。结果表明,A促进剂用量在0.4%-0.5%时,新型树脂粘度变化合适,固化条件为:50℃/24h+100℃/2 h+130℃/1h+150℃/8 h;与现用树脂相比,新型树脂室温凝胶时间缩短,树脂均匀性得到改善,固化物力学性能明显提高。Outflowing of adhesive from coils of large air core reactor commonly occurred in coil winding or curing process can result in uneven distribution of resin in coils,which will affect the quality and appearance of a product.In this paper,the gelation time and viscosity of the adhesive were determined by using appropriate curing accelerator,which was then compared with commonly used DMP-30 curing accelerator.The results show that the viscosity is proper when the content of an A-type curing accelerator is between 0.4% and 0.5%,and the curing condition is 50 ℃/24 h+100 ℃/2 h+130 ℃/1 h+150 ℃/8 h.Compared to a common one,the gelation time of the adhesive is shorter at room temperature,which improves the resin uniformity and mechanical properties after curing.
