摘　　要：介绍化工三废锅炉控制系统的设计和实现,以WinCC6.2作为上位机的组态软件,并采用S7-400系列PLC为核心的编程软件实现对下位机的控制。同时给出系统的硬件组成,PLC与现场仪器仪表的连接方式和通信方式,以及监控画面组态的实现。Introduced the design and implementation of the three-waste boiler of chemical control system.which use WinCC6.2 as the supervisory machine＇s configuration software,and take S7-400 series of PLC as the core of programming software to realize this control of subordinate machine.The same time has given the hardware component of this system,the connection and communication methods of PLC to scene instrumentations,and implementation of monitor screen.
