摘　　要：日本是辽宁重要的经贸国家之一,在辽宁对外经贸中起着极为重要的作用。研究对日经贸关系及其对辽宁经济的影响,有利于辽宁区域经济的发展。从辽宁与日本的经贸关系出发,运用相关的统计数据,建立回归模型来实证分析辽宁与日贸易及吸收日资对辽宁经济所产生的推动效应,最后阐述了辽宁与日本经贸关系的前景,从而对辽宁与日本的经贸关系有更深刻地认识。Japan is one of the important trade partner of Liaoning;it plays an important role for Liaoning＇s foreign trade development.The close economic and trade relations between Liaoning and Japan based on geographical proximity and economic complementarities.Research on Liaoning economic and trade relation with Japan as well as the impact on Liaoning economy is beneficial for Liaoning regional economy development.Originated from the relationship analysis between Liaoning and Japan,established a regression model to analyze the trade between Liaoning and Japan as well as pulling effect which Liaoning absorbed Japan direct investment empirically using relevant statistical data,this thesis discussed the prospects of economic and trade relations between Liaoning and Japan,and propounded the closed economic and trade relations between Liaoning and Japan.
