应用等效焓降法分析加热器端差对机组经济性的影响

摘　　要：加热器的传热端差是影响热力系统经济性的主要因素之一,计算加热器端差对经济性的影响可以指导热力系统的经济运行。基于等效焓降理论,提出了端差对经济性影响的计算模型,以超临界600MW机组为研究对象,分析各级加热器端差对新蒸汽效率、工质循环吸热量、装置效率等的影响。The heater terminal difference is one of main factors that impact the economy of thermodynamic system,calculating the impact of heater terminal difference on the economy can guide the economic operation of thermal systems.Based on the equivalent enthalpy drop theory,put forward the calculation model of impact of heater terminal difference on the economy of thermal systems,study on 600MW supercritical generating units,analyzed the heater terminal difference at all levels that impact efficiency of new steam,refrigerant cyclic heat absorption,device efficiency,etc.
