金融危机环境下电网经济运行技术措施研究

摘　　要：针对当前经济环境下电网经济运行工作出现的新情况与新的挑战,介绍了电网经济运行的基本概念与基本情况,总结了金融危机的基本特点,分析了2008年4季度经济环境对电网经济运行的影响因素,在此基础上,进一步预测了经济环境的发展趋势,并提出了相应的应对措施,最后对电网经济运行工作做了相应的展望。In view of the new situation and new challenges of grid economic operation in the current economic environment,this paper introduces the basic conception and the basic characteristics of grid economic operation.The basic characteristics of economic crisis are summed up.The effects of economic conditions in the 4th quarter of 2008 on grid economic operation are analyzed.Based on this,the trend of economic enviroment change is further predicted,corresponding measures are provided.At last,the corresponding prospects of grid economic operation are previewed.
