摘  要:震害调查表明预制混凝土结构尤其是预制剪力墙结构体系在地震中具有良好的抗震性能,但由于限制其应用推广诸多因素的存在,使得该结构体系不能适应建筑工业化的发展需求。总结了预制混凝土剪力墙结构体系的发展历程及其抗震性能的研究进展状况,从预制混凝土结构的特点出发,分析了阻碍该结构体系应用推广的影响因素,指出今后研究工作的重点及努力的方向。Seismic damage investigations of precast concrete structures indicated that precast concrete structures possessed desirable seismic performances when subjected to strong earthquakes,especially as true for precast concrete shear wall systems.However,applications of such system cannot meet the needs of industrialized buildings due to many influencing factors.Development of precast concrete shear wall systems and researches on them are summarized and influencing factors of restraining the application of such system are presented based on the features of such system and further researches as well as solutions are pointed out so as to widen the application of precast shear wall systems.
