青海电网母线负荷预报软件功能的应用

摘　　要：电网母线负荷预测是分析和计算电网各节点电力需求的技术支持功能,是制定电力系统运行方式的重要依据,精确的母线负荷预测是合理安排生产调度计划,保证电力系统安全、经济运行的前提和保障。文章从青海电网运行控制和安全防御系统的母线负荷预报软件的需求入手,论述了母线负荷预报软件模型及软件的主要功能,分析了影响母线负荷预报预测准确性的因素并提出了对策。Power grid bus load forecasting is the technical support for analyzing and calculating node demand of power grid,and it＇s the important basis for stipulating power system operating mode,thus accurate forecasting is the precondition and safeguard for reasonable deploying production dispatching,ensuing power system security and economic operation.The paper discusses model and main function of bus load forecasting software from demand of bus load forecasting software of Qinghai power grid operating control and security defense system,as well as analyzes factors which influencing forecasting accuracy and its countermeasures.
