摘  要:目的探索大气道狭窄内镜介入治疗的策略。方法通过电子支气管镜使用氩等离子体凝固联合球囊扩张并支架置入术治疗大气道狭窄患者6例。结果 6例患者经过治疗后,气道狭窄均得以解除或减轻,原有肺不张得以复张,呼吸困难得以显著缓解,肺功能明显改善,延长了生存期。结论氩等离子体凝固治疗后球囊扩张并支架置入术是治疗大气道狭窄的安全有效措施。Objective To explore the strategy of bronchoscope interventional procedures on main airway stenosis/obstruciton. Methods There were 6 cases main airway stenosis/obstruction included, who were treated by stent implantation after endobronchial argon plasma coagulation and sacculus dilatation. Results After treatment, the condition of all patients were improved with relief from airway stenosis, freedom from pulmonary atelectasis and remission of dyspnoea; so the pulmonary function were improved, and the lifetime was prolonged. Conclusions Stent implantation after endobronchial argon plasma coagulation and global sacculus dilatation via flexible bronchoscope is a safe and effective strategy for treating main airway stenosis/obstruction.
