摘　　要：迄今,项目管理已经广泛渗透到现代企业、政府部门和各类组织的管理活动中。公安管理作为管理领域的一个组成部分,也可以引入项目管理。公安项目管理,既是管理科学发展对公安管理提出的要求,也是公安管理实践的需要。各级公安组织应当在弄清什么是项目和项目管理的基础上,大胆把项目管理方法引入到公安管理中来。公安项目管理,就是把各种警务活动按项目进行管理。公安组织导入项目管理,要重点做好转变中心、教育培训、组织再造和知识管理四项工作。So far,project management has permeated widely among management activities of the modern enterprises,government departments and all kinds of organizations.Public security management,as a component part of management field,can also be introduced to project management.Public security project management is both the request of public security management for the development of management science and the need of public security management in practice.Public security organizations should introduce boldly project management method to the public security management on the basis of finding out what are project and project management.Public security project management is to manage all sorts of policing actions by projects.To introduce public security organization to project management,focus should be put on four tasks of changing center,education training,organization restructuring and knowledge management.
