摘　　要：通过介绍八面体配位化合物进行亲核取代反应时所经历的一般反应机理.着重从中心离子(或原子)的本性、离去基团、旁观基团及空间效应等方面分析影响八面体配位化合物进行亲核取代反应速度快慢的决定因素.In this paper the reaction mechanisms of octahedron composition in nucleophihc substitution reaction have been introduced. More attention has given to the influencing factors of octahedron composition in nucleophihc substitution reaction, such as, the nature of core ions （or atom） , leaving group, observing group and steric effect.
