摘　　要：良好的策划是实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)成功的基础。本文试图将LIMS开发过程中的技术细节剥离,从策划的角度,探讨LIMS成功的关键因素。这类因素,由于能够不受技术更替的影响,因而在较大的范围和较长的时间内具有普遍的适用价值。The planning of laboratory information management system （LIMS） is essential to the success of it. This essay discusses the key factors of LIMS success with respect to planning, rather than the technical factors. Such factors, which have no connection with the technical advancement, have the universality in a wide-range and long-term scale.
