摘　　要：针对莱钢齿轮钢带状组织的现状,跟踪记录了特钢大型轧钢生产线的加热炉温度制度、钢坯的开轧温度、终轧温度和下冷床温度。通过对实测温度分析得出：终轧温度和冷却速度的控制齿轮钢带状组织的重要因素。On the actuality of the banded structure of gear steel in Laigang special steel plant,for the large rolling production line in the special steel plant,the temperature system of reheating furnace,the beginning and finishing temperatures and the temperature after cooling bed were tracked.On the basis of analysis of the measured temperatures,the following conclusion was made：the finishing temperature and the cooling rate were the important factors controling the banded structure of gear steel.
