摘　　要：对莱钢生产的热轧高强叉车门架槽钢进行了总结,论述了该类型钢的生产工艺和化学成分优化设计思路。介绍了新产品生产工艺流程,探讨了生产过程中如何控制加热制度和热轧工艺等问题,重点解决了高强度钢种开发与生产过程中的难题。The paper summarizes hot rolled high-strength channel steel for forklift frameproduced by laigang,describes the optimum design method of production processes and chemical compositions.The production process for new products is introduced,the problems such as how to control heating and hot rolling processes are studied,and the difficult problems in the development and production process of high-strength steels are mainly solved.
