中外合作开采油气资源法律调控理论研究

摘　　要：目前,中外合作开采油气资源法律调控理论已经不能有效指导中外合作开采油气资源法律调控实践。基于此,就中外合作开采油气资源法律调控理论展开系统研究具有极其重要的理论价值与实践意义。系统研究了中外合作开采油气资源法律调控的概念、缘由、参与主体、目标体系、指导思想、基本原则、基本模式、体系结构、有效标准等。At present,the theory of the legal regulation of Sino-foreign cooperative development of Oil-gas resources can not effectively guide the practice of the legal regulation of Sino-foreign cooperative development of Oil-gas resources.Therefore,It is of vital importance in theory and practice that we make a systematic study of the theory of the legal regulation of Sino-foreign cooperative development of Oil-gas resources.The paper makes a systematic study of the following fundamental problems of the legal regulation of Sino-foreign cooperative development of Oil-gas resources： concept,cause,participant,objective system,guiding ideology,basic principle,basic model,system architecture,validity standard,etc.
