摘　　要：分析校园课余体育的育人功能和凝聚功能,针对高职院校课余体育活动的现状和问题,提出推进课余体育有效开展的相应对策,以期促进学生的身心健康和全面发展。This essay analyzes the educational and cohesive functions of spare-time sports activities on campus. To improve the current situation of students＇ spare-time sports activities in vocational colleges, this essay also presents relevant strategies to help carry out the activities more effectively and promote students＇ healthy development both physically and mentally.
