摘　　要：土地政策是治国安邦的重要政策,对于独立战争后的美国,其重要性更为突出。邦联制定土地政策受到政府内的政治派别、东部移民、土地投机公司,甚至外部势力等诸多因素的影响。在具体实施过程中,土地销售有所侧重。这一时期制定的土地政策也为以后美国土地政策的制定奠定了基础,为以后的发展指引了方向。Land policy is an important policy of running the country and bringing peace,for the United States after the War of Independence,the importance of more prominent.Confederation in the development of land policy by the government＇s political factions,the eastern migration,land speculation companies,even outside forces,and many other factors.In the specific implementation process,the land sales focused.Land policy formulation during this period has made a great function for further development.
