钟祥瓷砂泥浆稀释剂选择及稀释机理研究

摘　　要：应用多种无机、有机电解质添加剂和复合添加剂对钟祥瓷砂进行了稀释测试,通过测定瓷砂泥浆的粘度、pH值等指标,找出了对钟祥瓷砂泥浆稀释效果明显的稀释剂(NCMC加入量0.1%)及其技术指标,对稀释机理进行了探讨,为生产工艺提供依据。The different inorganic or organic electrolyte additives and composite additives were used to dilute Zhongxiang Procelain slurry. The viscosity and PH value were measured to find out effective Diluting Agent（ addition of NCMC is 0.1% ） and its technical index for Zhongxiang Proeelain Slurry. The paper discussed the dilution mechanism and provided reliable basis for the production technology.
