摘 要:在pH=7.30及不同温度下,利用紫外光谱法研究了对苯二酚(hydroquinone,HQ)和对苯醌与明胶的相互作用.结果表明HQ与明胶有一类结合位点.基于体系吸光度增强与HQ浓度的关系,计算了不同温度下反应的结合常数K及结合反应的热力学参数.二者之间主要靠氢键结合,且以焓驱动为主.The interaction of hydroquinone(HQ),p-benzoquinone with gelatin in aqueous solution was investigated by UV spectroscopy at pH 7.30 and different temperatures.The experiment result indicated that there is only one class of binding site of HQ on gelatin.Based on the relationships between the absorbance enhancement of system and the concentration of HQ,the formation constants K between HQ and gelatin at three different temperatures(294,301 and 308 K) were determined to be 4.239×103,1.559×103 and 0.784×103 L·mol-1,respectively.The thermodynamics parameters enthalpy change(ΔrHm) and entropy change(ΔrSm) were calculated to be-90.88 kJ·mol-1 and-240.06 J·K-1·mol-1,which suggested that hydrogen bonding was the predominant intermolecular force.The aggregate process was controlled by enthalpy.
