摘 要:目的:建立5-氟尿嘧啶-壳聚糖微囊体外释放度测定的方法。方法:通过紫外全波长扫描确定5-氟尿嘧啶最大吸收波长,以紫外分光光度法测定其含量,以直接释药法测定其体外释放度,同时进行了方法学考察。结果:5-氟尿嘧啶-壳聚糖微囊体外释药量在6~14 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.69%,RSD为0.95%。结论:所建立的方法简单、方便、准确,适合于5-氟尿嘧啶-壳聚糖微囊体外释放度的测定。Objective: To establish a detecting method for 5 fu microcapsules release rate in vitro.Methods: The longest absorb wave of 5 fu was scanned by ultraviolet whole wave length,its contents were determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The direct release method was used to test the microcapsules release degree in vitro,and examined by methodology.Results: The 5 fu microcapsules release rate in vitro had the better linear relation at the range of 6~14 mg/L.The average recovery was 100.69%,RSD was 0.95%.Conclusion: The method established is simple,convenient and accurate which is fitted for the determination of 5-fu-chitosan microcapsules release rate in vitro.
