摘 要:目的:采用薄膜分散法制备白藜芦醇乳脂体,并对其进行处方及工艺优化。方法:以包封率为指标进行正交设计优化处方工艺。结果:制备白黎芦醇乳脂体最佳处方为:磷脂与三硬脂酸甘油酯比例30∶1,磷脂与胆固醇比例10∶1,药物与磷脂比例1∶25,磷脂与吐温-80比例5∶1。最佳工艺为:水合时间90 min,水合温度35℃,水浴温度45℃,超声时间12 min。结论:该处方工艺可行,所制备的白藜芦醇乳脂体具有较高包封率。Objective: To prepare resveratrol emulsome with thin film sonication method and to optimize its process.Methods: The entrapment efficiency of formulation and process factors were investigated,and the orthogonal optimization formulation was designed.Results: The better prescription for the preparation of resveratrol emulsome was the ratio of phospholipids and three stearic acid glyceride was 30∶1;the ratio of phospholipid and cholesterol was 10∶1;the ratio of phospholipids and drug was 25∶1;the ratio of phospholipids and the ratio of Tween-80 was 5∶1;the better process was as follows: the hydration time: 90 min;hydration temperature: 35 ℃;water temperature:45 ℃;ultrasonic time: 12 min.Conclusion: The formulation technology is feasible,and the encapsulation efficiency of resveratrol emulsomes is high.
