影响HIV抗体检测质量的实验室因素分析

摘　　要：目的:对本辖区HIV筛查实验室实行规范化管理。方法:按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》的要求,对HIV筛查实验室进行室间质量考核。结果:通过考核,使每个HIV筛查实验室的检测和管理工作更规范并从中发现了很多影响HIV抗体检测质量的因素。结论:规范化管理HIV抗体检测实验室,建立建全实验室的各项管理制度,提高实验室工作人员的业务水平,可最大限度地减少实验室中影响HIV检测质量的因素,以确保检测的准确性和可靠性。Objective： To implement the standardized management to HIV screening laboratories of the jurisdiction.Methods： Based on the demands of ＂the National Guideline for HIV/AIDS Detection＂,the HIV screening quality of laboratories was appraised.Results： HIV screening laboratories detection and management become more standardized and a lot factors affecting the detection quality of HIV antibody were found out by the assessment.Conclusion： The laboratories of HIV antibody detection should be managed with the standardization,the management regulations for laboratories of the HIV antibody detection should be established,the professional levels of technicians in the laboratories should be enhanced.The factors affecting the detection quality of HIV antibody must be reduced to the lowest in order to assure the accuracy and reliability of the detection.
