螺螨酯对土耳其斯坦叶螨实验种群的亚致死效应

摘　　要：为了解螺螨酯亚致死量对土耳其斯坦叶螨实验种群的影响,采用室内叶碟饲养的方法,利用生命表技术研究了螺螨酯对土耳其斯坦叶螨的亚致死效应。结果表明,螺螨酯LC20和LC10处理成虫后,雌螨寿命明显缩短,卵、幼螨和若螨的发育时间明显延长;次代种群的内禀增长率(rm)由0.3659分别降低至0.2363和0.2162;存活率明显降低,LC10处理对次代种群的平均每雌日产雌率有刺激作用。螺螨酯LC20和LC10处理卵后,对若螨期没有影响,但卵期、幼螨期和产卵前期都明显延长,成螨期和雌螨寿命显著低于对照;种群内禀增长率(rm)由0.3183分别降低至0.2207和0.2131,生存率和平均每雌日产雌率明显降低。A leaf disc bioassay was employed to investigate the demographic responses of Tetranychus turkestani,to the two levels of sublethal concentrations.Life tables were constructed in each trial.The parameters,including the intrinsic rate of increase（rm）,finite rate of increase（λ）,the net reproduction rate（R0）,mean generation time（T）,doubling time（Dt）,and age distribution were calculated.Exposures of adults to spirodiclofen exhibited shortened longevity the days of eggs,larva and nymph longer than the control.The values of rm in offspring of treated females deceased from 0.3659 in control to 0.2363 and 0.2162.The livability of T.turkestani was decreased.The exposure of spirodiclofen at the dose of LC10 yielded a significant increase in oviposit compared to control.Exposures of eggs to spirodiclofen resulted in deceased rm at doses of LC20 and LC10 as compared to the control.
