摘  要:本文建立了用于表面单分子膜研究的垂悬液滴球体模型。据此模型,对具有荧光生色团的表面活性剂荧光分子,计算了荧光分子的偶极矩强度分布、分子密度分布以及荧光图象强度分布;对具有单轴取向性的分子,推导出了全部Raman散射活性矩阵元,计算并绘制了Raman图象的光强分布和偏振光强比分布,给出了确定分子取向的荧光图象方法以及Raman图象方法。In this paper,both fluorescent imaging and the Raman imaging method used to determine molecular orientation of LB film on pendent drop are proposed.Based on the globe model established by us,for the molecule which is of a chromophore,the distributions for dipole intensity of fluorescent surfactant molecules,for surfactant molecular density and for fluorescent intensity along the observed direction have been calculated,the formulae used to determine molecular orientation has been induced;for the molecule which is of uniaxial orientation,all of Raman activity matrix elements have been calculated,the intensity distribution of Raman imaging for pendent drop and the ratio distribution of polarized Raman intensity which is used to determining molecular orientation have also been calculated and drawn out
