摘 要:为表面微结构的主动设计提供参考,采用基于纳维-斯托克斯方程的计算流体动力学方法,在垂直主流方向零压条件下对表面具有数种槽造型的滑动副进行全膜厚润滑分析。建立异形同尺度微槽几何模型,以牛顿流体和层流假设进行非光滑流场计算,在3种滑动速度下以造型壁面的剪应力和总压为基础讨论摩擦情况,并分析造型的诱导动压和润滑流场油膜压力极值位置,对比了不同造型对应润滑场的净黏性力。单向滑动工况数值模拟表明:不同类型槽的动压润滑性能差异显著;梯形类槽表现出较好的动压润滑性能,光滑壁面上各点相对摩擦因子最大值仅为0.54,非光滑诱导动压增量达13.8%,压力极值位置与理论支撑中心偏心率为7%。For the purpose of adaptive design of micro-structures on working surfaces,influence of micro-grooved surfaces one of sliding tribo-pairs of plain pads on hydrodynamic lubrication were analyzed,Navier-Stokes equations were used,zero-load in the vertical direction to sliding of wall were supposed,and laminar model and SIMPLE algorithm in Control Volume Method were adopted.To begin with modeling of kinds of micro-grooves,and then chose series of computing models to solve,respectively.For various textures,load supporting capacities of oil-film were calculated in the form of a net viscous force,friction coefficient and dynamical pressure of the viscous film fluids were compared.It was found that SG-groove showed a good load-supporting capacity,RT-groove expressed a lower friction coefficient(*max=0.54)and owned a most stability of film thickness(ε=7%),IT-groove's dynamical pressure was a larger one in the process of single-direction sliding.Level of various factors comparison concomitantly,trapezium grooves textured on the sliding face of tribo-pairs were more helpful for hydrodynamic lubrication.
