摘　　要：简要介绍了采用双耦合ＹＩＧ 谐振子的超宽带ＹＩＧ调谐ＦＥＴ 振荡器的等效电路，并以阻抗圆图形式给出了ＣＡＤ优化设计的计算结果，稳定圆分析表明理论设计与实验结果一致。In this paper, the equivalent circuits of an ultra broad band YIG tuned FET oscillator using a dual coupling YIG resonator is briefly presented, and the calculation results of CAD optimization design of it have been given in impedance circle figure, and it will be seen from stabilization circles analyses that theory design of YTO is in accordance with experiment result of YTO.
