摘  要:通过对潭衡西高速公路加筋格宾挡土墙的PVC覆膜、镀高尔凡钢丝及钢丝网的耐久性分析,深入研究了测试材料耐久性的试验方法,探讨了土壤等因素对材料耐久性的影响机理。将镀锌钢丝与镀高尔凡钢丝进行对比,用一系列不同腐蚀环境下的暴露试验,证实了高尔凡的抗腐蚀性随时间逐渐提高,其保护效果是镀锌保护的4~5倍。在现场实测数据的基础上,分析PVC护套下锌质量的残留值。并基于热老化试验的结果,采用一个1.2的安全系数,计算得到PVC覆膜的有效使用寿命,再根据镀锌膜在土体中的降解率,进而提出了一种预测材料耐久性的方法以指导工程设计和施工。Through the durability analysis of PVC coating,galvanized steel wires and wire mesh of the terramesh system retaining wall of the Xiangtan to Hengyang Express Highway,this paper gives an analysis to test method research on durability testing for material and the influence of soil on the durability of material.The comparison experiments for Galvanized coating and Galfan coating are done,and the exposure test results in a wide range of corrosive environments have substantiated our assumptions that Galfan's corrosion resistance progressively improves over time.We can say that the Galfan's protection is 4~5 times durable than the zinc one.An estimate of the minimum life expectation of the galvanized and PVC coated wire can be done analyzing the loss of zinc under the PVC coating after years by using field test data.Based on heat aging test results,a factor of safety of 1.2 to account for precision of test,a fabrication process for the material was further recommended,projecting a useful life of PVC coating.The in-ground degradation rate of the galvanization is calculated based on the corrosion rates.Finally one prediction method is put forward in order to guide engineering design and construction.
