摘 要:研究了一种离子色谱抑制电导法测定冶金浸出液中氯离子的方法。以SH-AC-1型阴离子分离柱(10μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)为色谱柱,2.5 mmol/L碳酸钠+3.5 mmol/L碳酸氢钠的混合溶液为淋洗液,在柱温为25℃,流速为2.0 mL/min,进样量为100μL的条件下进行检测,氯离子检出限为0.51μg/L,线性范围为0.002~15.0 mg/L,线性方程为Y=1.2×106X-1.1×105(Y:峰面积;X:质量浓度mg/L),线性相关系数为0.999 8。将本方法应用于铜氨浸出液中氯离子的测定,相对标准偏差(n=11)为6.9%,加标回收率为104%。A determination method of chloride in metallurgical leaching solution was investigated by ion chromatography with suppressor conductivity detection .Using SH-AC-1 anion-exchange column(10 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm) as stationary phase and the mixed solution of 2.5 mmol/L of Na2CO3 and 3.5 mmol/L of NaHCO3 as leacheate,the determination was conducted at column temperature of 25 ℃,flow rate of 2.0 mL/min and sampling injection volume of 100 μL.The detection limit of chloride was 0.51 μg/L.The linear range was 0.002-15.0 mg/L for chloride.The linear equation was Y=1.2×106X-1.1×105(Y: peak area;X: mass concentration,mg/L) with linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 8.This method has been used in the determination of chloride in cuprammonium leaching solution with relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11) of 6.9 % and recoveries of 104 %.
