摘　　要：缩二脲(Bi)的分析在国标上采用的是铜复盐分光光度法,但在生产尿素过程中往往有其他的物质对测定缩二脲有一定的影响,这势必影响尿素的生产质量,经过反复的实验,发现主要的影响因素是尿素的生产原料中的一种氨,必须除去后才能得到准确的结果。The method of spectrophotometric with copper complex salt is used internationally in the analysis on Biuret,but there are some other substances which produce adverse effect on determination of biuret in Urea's production,which will impair Urea's quality.After repeated experiments,analysis showed that a kind of amino in the production process was the main factor influencing Urea's quality.To obtain accurate results,the amino need to be removed.
