摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC外标法测定哈西奈德溶液剂的含量。方法：采用Agilent ZORBAX C18柱（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）,甲醇-水（70∶30）为流动相,流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长为240 nm,柱温45℃。结果：哈西奈德线性范围为4.416~41.46μg/ml（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为0.12%。结论：HPLC外标法测定哈西奈德溶液剂的含量,该方法快速、准确,比内标法更简便。Objective： To establish a method for determination of halcinonide in halcinonide solution by HPLC.Methods： The chromatographic system consisted of Agilent C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）as the stationary phase and a solution of methanol and water（70∶30） as the mobile phase,the flow rate of which was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength at 240 nm;the column temperature was at 45 ℃.Results： The calibration curve of halcinonide was linear within the range of 4.416～41.46 μg/ml（r=0.999 9）and the average recovery was 100.6% with relative standard deviation（RSD） of 0.12%.Conclusions： This method is rapid,convenient,accurate and is suitable for determination of halcinonide in haclcinonide solution.
