探讨ELISA法检测血清结核杆菌抗原对肺结核病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨检测结核杆菌抗原对肺结核病的诊断价值。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中的结核杆菌分泌蛋白desA抗原。结果 139例活动性肺结核患者血清结核抗原的阳性检出率为84.1%;64例非结核性肺部疾病组结核抗原阳性率7.81%,29例健康对照者均为阴性。特异性为92.19%。结论检测血清中结核杆菌分泌蛋白desA抗原对诊断肺结核病有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen for pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen（desA） in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results In 139 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis,the positive rate was 84.1%,and with 7.81% of 64 non-pulmonary tuberculosis cases,while 29 healthy controls were all negative.The specificity was 92.19%.Conclusion Serum Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen detection is of highly diagnostic value for pulmonary tuberculosis.
