微创切口修剪搔刮根治术治疗腋臭167例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腋臭的微创治疗方法。方法用美兰在腋毛外缘画标记线,选择腋窝中央皱褶线后侧0.7 cm切口线,采用2%利多卡因30 m l+生理盐水60 m l+10滴肾上腺素混合液局麻。皮下组织潜行分离,弯头组织剪修剪皮下及真皮下部,刮匙刮除剩余脂肪、汗腺及毛囊,冲洗皮下腔隙,缝合切口,加压包扎,术后7 d拆线。结果共167例,164例术后随访异味完全消失,3例明显改善。切口疤痕不明显。结论应用微创切口皮下修剪+搔刮术治疗腋臭,效果满意,并发症少。Objective To investigate the treatment method of small incision of osmidrosis. Methods The edge of axillaryhairs was marked with methyleneblue and incision made along the central crease of axillary was 0.7 cm. Lidocaine with 30 ml whose concentration was 2%, physiological saline with 60 m] and epinephran with 10 drops were injected for local anesthesia. Hypoderm was separated by the way of sneaking. Subcutaneous part was croppinged used with elbow tissue scissors, remainder fat, sweat glands and hair follicles were erased with curet. Then, the incision was sew up and pressured dressing. The stitches were taken out after operation 7 days. Results In all cases, the incision scar was no obviously and secondary deformities werent left. 164 cases were cured and the other other 3 cases obviously improved. Conclusion Cropping and scoraping radical operation has satisfactory effect on osmidrosis. And its result in few complications.
