摘　　要：传统上电信运营分为企业管理、业务支持系统、运营支持服务和智能网服务4个主要方面,作为连接业务与技术桥梁的数据库,在所有领域中无所不在。数据库系统必须具备可伸缩性、高可靠性、可扩展性等特点才能满足电信服务提供商的要求。Informix以其动态服务器、通用数据选件、DataBlade模块和与Web应用相集成的选件等数据库产品,为电信业提供了多种先进的解决方案。Traditionally, telecommunication service operation is divided into four major aspects: enterprise management, business support system(BSS), operational support service (OSS) and IN services. As a bridge between technologies and services, database systems are almost ubiquitous in all the fields in the industry, and should be scalable, reliable and upgradable to meet the ever increasing demands of telecom service providers.
