摘　　要：对Ф25mm HRB335出现弯裂的试样进行宏观和微观分析。结果表明,试样有中间裂纹、夹杂物级别较高、枝晶明显,这些缺陷导致Ф25mm HRB335弯曲裂纹。Bending fracture samples of Ф25mm HRB335 were examined by using the macroscopic and microscopic methods.The results showed that intermediate crack in continuous casting billet and excessive non-metallic inclusions lead to bending fracture of Ф25mmHRB335.
