摘　　要：涉林渎职犯罪有着自身的特殊性,该犯罪的侵害对象主要是国家正常的林业管理制度。由于我国林业管理工作在现实中存在着诸多困难,涉林渎职犯罪的成因也呈现出多方面的复杂性。文章通过分析具体案例,从经济与制度角度对涉林渎职犯罪的成因做出了较深刻的探索。The crime of dereliction of duty relating to forestry affairs has its own particularities,and the criminal behaviors infringe mainly upon the normal forestry management system of the state.The fact that China＇s forestry management work is confronted with many difficulties in reality has given rise to many complexities in dealing with the causes of the crime of dereliction of duty relating to forestry affairs.This paper sheds light on those causes from economic and institutional perspectives by focusing on the analysis of specific cases.
