摘　　要：本文通过对福州马尾某工程建筑物变形现状、深层土体变形及场地地质条件分析,利用室内试验得出淤泥的先期固结压力,推算淤泥的负摩阻力,分析建筑物变形的主要原因,为在今后的工程实践中,更合理的进行基础设计积累经验。Based on a building deformation condition,deep soil deformation and geological condition in Mawei District of Fuzhou,through the analysis of the indoor clay silt preconsolidation pressure,the negative friction of silt is evaluated,and the main reasons for building deformation is analyzed.It is hoped to offer more reasonable foundation design experiences for the future engineering practice.
