关于提高河南省期刊学术文化影响力的思考

摘　　要：在对河南省期刊现状进行针对性分析和判断的基础上,阐述了提升河南省期刊学术影响力和文化影响力的策略:强化科研、推崇学术,扩大期刊学术影响力;与时俱进、文化创新,提升期刊文化影响力;敞开胸怀、面向世界,打造期刊国际知名度;内涵驱动、特色发展,培育期刊核心竞争力。The paper expounds on the strategies of promoting the academic and cultural influence of the academic journals in Henan Province based on analyzing and evaluating the current situation of the periodicals there. The strategies are as follows： strengthening scientific research, having the greatest esteem for systematic learning, ex- panding the academic influence of journals; advancing with time, cultural innovation, enhancing the cultural impact of journals ; being open - minded and world - oriented, creating journals of international popularity ; being connotation -driven, developing characteristics and fostering the core competitiveness of journals.
