摘  要:以典型籼稻七山占和典型粳稻秋光构建的重组自交系(RILs)F10的202个株系为试材,研究剑叶气孔性状与光合特性及其相互关系的结果表明:七山占气孔密度显著高于秋光,RILs呈接近正态的连续分布,峰值接近中亲值,向正负双向表现明显的超亲遗传;按程氏指数分类,气孔密度表现为偏粳型>偏籼型>籼型>粳型,且粳型与籼型、偏籼型、偏粳型的差异分别达到了极显著水平,而籼型与偏籼型、偏粳型的差异不明显;气孔密度和气孔大小与光合特性的相关性均未达到显著水平,总体上气孔导度与光合速率和蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关,但是不同类型气孔导度与光合速率的关系以及气孔导度的主要影响因素还有待进一步深入研究。To study the flag leaf stomatal characters,photosynthetic characters and their relationship,a F10 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)including 202 lines derived from a cross between a typical indica rice Qishanzhan and a typical japonica rice Akihikari were used as materials.The results were as follows:the stomatal density of Qishanzhan was significantly higher than that of Akihikari;it showed a nearing continuous normal distribution in RILs population;the peak number was close to the mid-parent value,and transgressive segregation was identified.The lines was classified according to Cheng′s index,the stomatal density expressed as partial Japonica-typepartial indica-typeindica-typejaponica-type.The difference between japonica and indica,partial indica and partial japonica reached a very significant level,respectively.But the difference between indica and partial indica and partial japonica did not reached a significant level.The correlation between the stomatal density and size and photosynthesis characteristics did not meet the significant level.overall,the stomatal conductance showed a high positive correlation with photosynthesis rate and transpiration rate.However,it remains to be further study on the relationship between stomatal conductance and photosynthesis rate of different types,and the main factors affect stomatal conductance.
