运动疗法配合针刺推拿治疗脑瘫康复疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察运动疗法配合针刺推拿治疗脑瘫的康复疗效。方法将81例脑瘫患儿随机分为2组,对照组予运动疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上同时配合针刺推拿疗法。进行2组治疗前后综合功能评分比较。结果治疗组治疗后综合功能评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01);年龄≤3岁的患儿综合功能评分高于年龄>3岁的患儿(P<0.05);轻、中度瘫痪的患儿综合功能评分高于高度瘫痪的患儿(P<0.05);智力正常的患儿综合功能评分高于智力缺陷的患儿(P<0.05)。2组治疗后综合功能评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后综合功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法配合针刺推拿更有益于脑瘫患儿的综合康复。Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of combination of exercise therapy,acupuncture and massage on cerebral palsy.Methods 81 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group received exercise therapy.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of exercise therapy,acupuncture and massage.The scores of comprehensive functional evaluation were compared before and after treatment.Results The scores of comprehensive functional evaluation after treatment was increased in comparison with that before treatment in treatment group（P〈0.01）.The scores of comprehensive functional evaluation in children aged ≤3 years was higher than that in children aged 〉3 years（P〈0.05）.The scores of comprehensive functional evaluation in children with mild,moderate palsy was higher than that in children with severe palsy（P〈0.05）.The scores of comprehensive functional evaluation in Children with normal intelligence was higher than that in children with mental retardation（P〈0.05）.The scores of comprehensive functional evaluation in treatment group was higher than that in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of exercise therapy,acupuncture and massage was more beneficial for the comprehensive rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.
