摘　　要：本文简要介绍近十年来三明市科技中介机构的发展和运作情况，针对科技中介机构的发展和运作所面临的问题和困难，提出加快科技中介服务体系建设的对策及建议。This paper presents an overall introduction to the development and operation situations of science and technology service agents in Sanming City in the recent decade. And based on elaboration on problems and difficulties these agents facing, this paper puts forward solutions and suggestions on accelerating construction of science and technology service agents.
