中国古代政府管理文明基本价值取向论析

摘　　要：政府的管理文明,是遵循于一整套完整的管理价值取向体系而实现的。在博大精深的中国传统文化的影响之下,中国古代所倡导的"敬天保民"、"内圣外王"和"贵和尚中"的基本价值取向,成为政府管理文明实现的重要思想依托。这对于我们当前的政府管理文明建设,有着重要的借鉴意义。The management civilization of the government is followed in a complete set of management value orientation system.Under the influence of broad and profound traditional Chinese culture,the basic value orientation advocated by the ancient government,such as ＂respect the heaven and protect the people＂,＂internal saints and external kings＂ and ＂peace and the golden mean should always be preserved＂,laid the ideological basis for realizing political civilization.Above-mentioned still have important reference meaning to current construction of government management civilization.
