摘　　要：结合中钢集团山东矿业有限公司选矿工艺流程,提出了PLC在选矿全流程自动控制系统的设计方案,并介绍了系统软硬件配置、网络结构以及主要控制方法。实际运行结果表明:该系统操作方便、控制精确、稳定可靠,提高了精矿的产品质量和企业的经济效益。According to mineral processing of Sinosteel Shangdong Mining CO.,Ltd.,design scheme of automatic control system based on plc is presented.The hardware and software of system,configuration of control net and the major control method are introduced.The result of operation indicates that the control system offers easy operation,accuracy control,better stability and reliability.The product quality of iron concentrate and economic benefits of mining enterprise are improved.
