摘　　要：介绍了一种自动定位凝胶指纹图谱谱带的新方法。提出一种基于DNA片段尺寸定位谱带的数学模型。自动定位谱带的过程分为以下几个部分:首先,图像预处理。主要目的是去除噪声和图像增强,具体手段包括去噪、中值滤波、计算位移/尺寸线性曲线;其次,谱带自动定位。其目的是定位谱带的具体位置,正确的从泳道中分割出相邻谱带,在这个过程中,运用提出的数学模型定位和校正谱带的位置。定位谱带的一个关键性问题是处理谱带"粘合"问题,即相邻谱带由于在泳道的中的位置过于接近而被鉴定为一个谱带,采取线性曲线和数学模型相结合的方法解决该问题,实验结果表明,采取这种方法很有效,可以很精确地定位谱带的位置。A novel method for the automated location bands resolved on agarose fingerprinting gels.This paper present a mathematical model for the location of bands according to the size of fragment.Automated identification of bands involves several steps,including：image preprocessing,to compensate for the deleterious effects in the image,there are three steps involved：denoising,image enhancement,converse to one-dimensional trace; and band auto-detection,a procedure for detecting position of bands.The task of this procedure is to auto-separate every allele band from the lane correctly.During this procedure,use a mathematical model to locate and correct the bands position.During the whole the procedure,there is a key problem to be solved,that is lanes bonding together.In this system,the 1-D trace and mathematical model are both used to settle this problem during auto-detect band and verify band steps.Shown from the result.
