摘 要:采用间歇试验的方法对不同pH条件下,两相厌氧工艺处理含麦秸的低浓度废水的产酸相进行了研究。分别考察了酸性、中性和碱性条件对有麦秸反应器和无麦秸反应器中的COD、氨氮、VFA变化的影响。试验结果表明:在三种pH条件下,除第一周期外有麦秸反应器的出水pH始终要低于无麦秸反应器的出水pH,并且酸性条件下的出水pH值最低,介于5.43~6.00;有麦秸反应器的出水COD浓度也始终高于无麦秸反应器的出水COD浓度,并且在酸性、中性和碱性条件下,有麦秸反应器第一周期的出水COD浓度比进水COD浓度分别增加了1.04倍、1.61倍和1.24倍;有麦秸和无麦秸反应器在酸性条件下的COD去除率也最好;在三种pH条件下,添加秸秆会明显增加反应器前三个周期的出水氨氮浓度,而碱性条件下的氨氮去除率好于酸性和中性条件下的氨氮去除率;同样,三种pH条件下,有麦秸反应器的出水VFA要始终高于无麦秸反应器的出水VFA,且酸性和碱性条件下的酸化率要高于中性条件下的酸化率。Intermittent testing method was used to study the acidogenic phase of two-phase anaerobic process dealing with low concentration wheat straw-containing wastewater at different pH conditions.Effects of acidic,neutral and alkaline conditions on change of COD,ammonia nitrogen and VFA in the wheat straw-containing reactor and non-wheat straw-containing reactor were analyzed.Results indicated that in the three kinds of pH conditions,apart from the first cycle,the effluent pH of wheat straw-containing reactor was always lower than that of non-wheat straw-containing reactor,with effluent pH as the lowest under the acidic condition ranging from 5.43~6.00.The concentration of COD in the effluent of wheat straw-containing reactor was also higher than that of non-wheat straw-containing reactor,and in acidic,neutral and alkaline conditions,the concentration of the effluent COD increased the times of 1.04,1.61 and 1.24 than that of the influent COD in the first cycle of the wheat straw-containing reactor.COD removal efficiency of the wheat straw-containing reactor and non-wheat straw-containing reactor was the best under the acidic condition.Under 3 kinds of pH conditions,adding wheat straws can increase obviously the effluent ammonia concentration in the first 3 cycles of the reactor,while the removal efficiency of ammonia-nitrogen under the alkaline condition was better than those in the acidic and neutral conditions.Similarly,under 3 kinds of pH conditions,effluent VFA of wheat straw-containing reactor was always higher than non-wheat straw-containing reactor,and under the acidic and alkaline conditions,the acidification rate was higher than under the neutral conditions.
