摘  要:以硫酸铝、三氯化铁和聚合硫酸铁三种混凝剂对某蓝晶石矿选矿废水进行处理实验研究。实验结果表明,硫酸铝为较佳混凝剂,最佳用量为40 mg/L;最佳混凝pH值为8.4,即原水的pH值;40 mg/L的硫酸铝投入原水后,按照正交实验确定的混凝水力条件和沉降时间,可使出水浊度从91.2 NTU降至1.32 NTU;而在40 mg/L的硫酸铝投入原水后,按照正交实验确定的非离子型聚丙烯酰胺用量0.25 mg/L、混凝水力条件和沉降时间,则可使出水浊度降至0.23NTU。出水水质分析表明,硫酸铝和非离子型聚丙烯酰胺联合使用的出水水质要比单一使用硫酸铝的出水水质要好,达到了工业回用要求,且按废水年排放量12 000 t,回用率100%计算,该工艺可使该矿每年产生经济效益约8114.4元。Treatment of kyanite beneficiation wastewater by coagulation-precipitation was investigated.3 coagulants were selected as objects of study and their function of removing turbidity were compared.Results showed that aluminum sulfate was the better coagulant for treatment of wastewater.At pH 8.4,40 mg/L of aluminum sulfate was added into the wastewater,turbidity of wastewater would reduce from 91.2 NTU to 1.32 NTU.While at pH 8.4,40 mg/L aluminum sulfate and 0.25 mg/L polyacrylamide(PAM) were added in sequence to the wastewater,turbidity of wastewater would decrease from 91.2 NTU to 0.23 NTU.Results revealed that the effect of combined use of aluminum sulfate and polyacrylamide on water treatment was better than the use of aluminum sulfate,with effluent water quality satisfactory to the requirement of industrial reuse.
