摘　　要：以硅溶胶作为结合剂,以电熔板状刚玉、莫来石为骨料,以白刚玉粉、活性α-Al2O3微粉、莫来石粉为细粉,配以固化剂、添加剂加以调整,研制出一种新型快干浇注料。因其优异的物理性能,特别是其体积稳定性(抗爆裂、剥落)和快速烘烤的特性,在不影响炉衬正常运行的前提下,成功实现了浇注料炉衬浇注施工后12 h养护脱模、24 h烘炉的快速施工周期。A new type of quick-drying castable was made by silica-sol as binder,fused tabular alumina and mullite as aggregate,active alumina and mullite powder as the powder,and curing agents and additives as adjusting agent.It has achieved 12 h curing stripping and 24 h fast construction cycle of oven drying after the construction of pouring castable lining successfully without affecting the normal operation of lining because of its excellent physical properties,particularly its volume stability（anti-burst,stripping） and fast curing properties,which opened up a new path in response to the basic policy of ＂energy saving,emission reduction,increased efficiency＂.
