摘　　要：通过对多台蓄热式台车加热炉使用现场的调研分析,得出氧化铁皮堆积、含氧量过多、加热温度过高和加热时间过长是导致钢坯氧化烧损的主要原因,并提出及时清理氧化铁皮、加强设备维护、制定合理的加热工序等改进措施。Through investigating and analyzing multiple regenerative car-bottom heating furnace used on-site,it is concluded that accumulation of iron scale and oxygen content too much,heating temperature too high,heating time too long are the main reasons leading to billet oxygenation burning loss,and the improve measures are presented which are cleaning iron scale timely,strengthening equipment maintenance,formulating a reasonable response to the rolling process.
